Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink onto the garment fabric. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. This allows us to print company logos directly on to certain garments. Set-up charges depend on the number of colours in the logo but minimum order quantities apply this is due to the cost involved for producing smaller amounts which can be done but is not cost effective.
We can work from most popular image file formats.
